COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you commit.

Is $40 really the full price?

Yes. No hidden fees. No upsells. $40 gets you both days, all six tracks, all social events, lunch, coffee, and professional headshots. Sponsors cover our operating costs, so 100% of net ticket revenue goes directly to charity.

I’m a junior developer. Is this for me?

Absolutely. There are tracks and talks for every experience level, and the networking at CYC has helped dozens of junior devs land their next role.

What if I can’t travel to Plano?

Virtual tickets are completely free and stream all six tracks live. The hallway conversations are where the real magic happens, but you never have to pay to join us online.

Where does the ticket money go?

100% of net ticket revenue is split between freeCodeCamp, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and Operation Kindness. We publish a full financial transparency report every year.

OUR SPONSORS

We couldn't do what we do without them.

Sponsors cover the operating costs so the ticket stays $40, and every dollar of net ticket revenue goes to charity.
