It is easy to generate code. It is much harder to ship a real product. In this talk, I’ll share lessons from building a golf tournament scheduling App with Claude Code writing nearly all of the code. While the tool dramatically accelerated development, it was not a hands-off process. I still had to step in to shape architecture, resolve edge cases, clean up weak spots, and make the app production-ready. You’ll see what worked, what broke, where Claude Code saved time, and where human judgment mattered most. If you are curious about using AI coding tools for real software projects, this session will give you a practical, unfiltered look at what it takes to go from idea to live users.
