What you’ll learn
It's almost launch day. Your designers have spent months crafting the perfect brand: every color, every typeface, every pixel placed with purpose. The aesthetic is dialed in, and the site looks exactly right. Now your engineers, the ones who've been painstakingly transforming these mockups into code, need to drop in a checkout flow that feels native to the design. No generic-looking payment forms. No jarring style breaks. It has to blend in like it was always there. Is that actually possible? Even when the UI is... a little retro (think GeoCities)? In this talk, I'll walk through different approaches for integrating Stripe Payments into an existing website, from hosted pages to fully embedded, customizable components, and show how far you can push the Stripe Elements Appearance API to match virtually any design system - even one that really shouldn't exist.
