Session abstract
What you’ll learn
Accessibility should no longer be considered a "nice to have" add on; it is a financial, legal, and moral imperative. This talk explores the rise of digital accessibility lawsuits and how "quick fix" widgets fail, the spectrum of disability and how designing for the extreme can help out the mean, and applying POUR principles and AI driven auditing. In the age of Skills and Agentic coding, we can more easily than ever, build robust applications that benefit every user regardless of their permanent, temporary, or situational needs.
