Enterprise governance often fails due to "Notebook Sprawl" or manual reporting that can't keep pace with thousands of assets. We demonstrate a high-integrity NaaS - Notebook as a Service,internal framework that uses Databricks to orchestrate surgical compliance reporting across hundreds of repositories in Snowflake. Learn the "Master Engine" pattern: a single, Git-connected notebook serving dozens of teams via parameterized Databricks Workflows. We’ll deep-dive into using Snowflake Query Pushdown and advanced SQL Window Functions to surgically clean messy registration logs, reducing false positives and ensuring data integrity. This approach reduced onboarding from days to under five minutes. Finally, we’ll discuss the roadmap for transitioning from deterministic alerts to Cognitive Governance by integrating AI Functions to provide automated, natural-language remediation plans for failed deployments.
