Zero to Production: A Simple Technical Framework for Low-Cost Scalable Infrastructure

We’ve all seen the horror stories: a startup goes viral on social media, only to be crushed by a $30,000 AWS bill, service degradation due to lack of scalability or straight-up service outage. In the "Build Fast" era of 2026, you shouldn't have to choose between cost and scalability. In this session, I will pull back the curtain on a proven technical framework for deploying production-ready infrastructure that scales automatically while keeping your "burn" rate reasonable. We will move beyond the theory of "cloud-native" and dive into the actual architecture of high-performance, low-cost stacks. This session will candidly address the Technical Trade-offs inherent in these architectures. We will analyze the tension between Instant Elasticity and Development Speed, specifically how on-demand execution patterns can introduce complexity into the deployment pipeline. We’ll also explore the Resilience vs. Redundancy paradox: how to maintain High Availability (HA) across distributed edge providers without accidentally doubling your egress costs or compromising data integrity.
