Leon Noel is the Managing Director of Engineering at Resilient Coders, a nonprofit that trains Black and Brown engineers and places them into software engineering careers. He is best known for creating #100Devs, a free software engineering bootcamp whose global community has grown to more than 50,000 developers. Earlier in his career he co-founded SocialSci, a scientific surveying platform used by over 4,000 academic institutions, and he has guest lectured at Harvard Business School and MIT Sloan.
