Ram is a Senior/Staff/Lead Frontend Engineer with ten years across the full startup spectrum — from pre-product early-stage to enterprise scale. He builds with a single obsession: the end user. That means reliable systems, clean code, and interfaces that don't make people feel stupid.
He has also spent a decade watching talented engineers and leaders get quietly destroyed by the environments they were planted in — not by a lack of skill, but by a lack of the right conditions. That pattern became the foundation for his upcoming book, Avocado Serial Killer, a leadership memoir about how tech companies lose their best people and what it takes to stop.
He mentors when he can, teaches when he's asked, and is still keeping his avocado trees alive.
